External evaluation report

C-Rule 62 of the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance provides voluntary external evaluation of compliance with the C-Rules of the Code at least every three years. VIG Holding had this evaluation performed for the 2020 consolidated corporate governance report. All of the evaluations came to the conclusion that all requirements in the Code had been observed.
